NAIST, Nara Prefecture, JAPAN – Dr. Budi Rahmadya from Andalas University (UNAND) visited Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST) and stayed in Kadobayashi-sensei’s laboratory from February 1 to February 14, 2024, with the support of the Iida Scholarship. He conducted collaborative research on power consumption wide area communication networks with Kadobayashi-sensei in the Division of Information Science.
Budi-sensei also discussed the future collaboration and having an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Andalas University and NAIST with Professor Bessho, the director of NAIST Indonesia Office, and Professor Maki, the specially appointed Professor for International Affairs.
Budi-sensei and Hafiz-san, a staff in Andalas University and a D3 student in Kadobayashi lab meet Shiozaki-sensei, the President of NAIST, on Febuary 13, 2024.
Budi-sensei commented, “I am Dr. Budi Rahmadya an Associate Professor from Andalas University, Indonesia. I graduated from NAIST in 2013 and I am very happy to join NAIST again as a visiting researcher, this opportunity was supported by the Iida Scholarship 2024, and this program is good for me to increase my research skills. Furthermore, I am doing research with Professor Youki Kadobayahi at Laboratory for Cyber Resilience.”
